After graduating with double major Honours BA in Finance and Political Science from York University, Toronto, Canada, Bayar further honed his analytical skills at the University of Stirling, Scotland, earning a Master of Science in Data Science. This diverse educational blend shaped his unique business acumen and technical proficiency, enabling him to utilize data-driven insights in strategic decision-making.

In 2022, Bayar’s resilience, vision, and expertise culminated in the establishment of Ossi Consultancy, where his responsibilities encompass cultivating global partnerships, generating insightful, data-driven reports to facilitate player-club matches. He also excels in increasing fan engagement on social media, negotiating brand endorsement deals, and offering tailored advice on player welfare and post-career planning. Brokering deals among various agencies have contributed significantly to Ossi Consultancy's industry network expansion.
